Ensuring comfortable, healthy, safe, and clean living conditions for the citizens of Ulaanbaatar, where approximately half of Mongolia’s population resides, is a significant responsibility.

Our organization operates in alignment with the Government’s Action Program, Mongolia’s long-term socio-economic development policy, the Capital City Development Policy, and the Action Program of the Mayor of Ulaanbaatar. Within the framework of our 2025–2028 strategic plan, we are implementing policies and systems related to human resources, operational transparency, financial and economic planning, internal labor regulations, employee working conditions, compensation and incentive systems, occupational safety and health, and internal control mechanisms.

Going forward, we will continue to introduce advanced machinery and technologies to improve the efficiency and working conditions of employees who operate year-round on streets and public spaces. Our objective is to enhance operational effectiveness, ensure public health and safety, and maintain a clean and well-organized urban environment, while adopting modern management practices as a core approach.

We also place importance on increasing public awareness and promoting responsible behavior, including organizing activities aimed at educating children and the broader community. The participation and collective efforts of citizens and organizations are essential to the sustainable development of our city.
